ISLAMABAD, AUG 29 (DNA) – Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is chairing the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) meeting in Islamabad to discuss 10 points agenda. The participants will exchange views on petroleum and gas sector The ECC meeting is being held in the cabinet room of the Prime Minister’s office.
The key issues to be discussed in the meeting would be allocation of gas from Sofiya field, LPG air mix projects, LPG air mix projects, allowing sovereign guarantee for Sui Southern Gas, re-allocation of gas from existing fields, determination and notification of UCH-II gas price, allocation of gas from Makori Deep field, financing of 1.2 billion cubic feet per day capacity RLNG-111 pipeline project (Karachi to Lahore) to be undertaken by M/s SSGC and SNGP, marketing of diesel oil conforming to Euro –IV and Euro V specification under deregulation environment, review of oil marketing companies and dealers margins on petroleum products. Moreover, ECC would also to approve wheat subsidy for Gilglt Baltistan.=DNA
